HOW TO PLAY JESUS BY QUEEN ON GUITAR

Jesus is a track found on the 1973 self titled debut album by Queen

A quite straight forward song to learn in terms of structure.
The main riff is Bm F# Bm I’ve seen it played with F#7 which also sounds quite nice. I’ll let you be the judge.
The solo on the record is quite an involved piece so I’ve stuck to what’s going on underneath all the improvised guitar bits.

The Brian May Star licks video famously explains one of the end licks from the solo which is mentioned in this video and the very end Lick is found in the Queen Band Score Book see link below

How to play – Liar – by The Cross (Roger Taylor Queen) from the 1990 album Mad Bad And Dangerous To Know

Guitar Performance Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiuZ9l1lMFY

The song begins with a F Dm chord progression before moving to a Am Bb C progression

The chorus is F Dm and the Bridge Gm Am Bb C

wiki info

Mad; Bad; and Dangerous to Know was the second album released by The Cross, appearing in 1990. Unlike the previous album, which contained some dance influences, this one is a straight rock album. This was the first album to which each member of the band contributed, though Roger Taylor’s contribution was considerably smaller because he was busy promoting The Miracle.[citation needed] Unusually, (Clayton Moss) sang lead vocals on one track, instead of Taylor.

Like Shove it, the album sold poorly and EMI Records decided to drop them so they had no label anymore in the UK.

In Germany, a limited box set (only 50 were made) was released which contained a CD single, video, stickers and press

The Cross – Liar – Roger Taylor of Queen fronted this band in the late 80’s and early 90’s and the song was written by Peter Noone their bass player

In this video I play guitar along with the song. Added Guitar Chords and Lyrics to the screen to make learning the track easier
